By using cmgforge.com, the free tools, the Musashi service, or commissioning a custom build, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. What we provide
- Free tools: utilities on cmgforge.com, provided as-is and free of charge. Files you upload are processed on our server and cleared within 3 hours.
- Musashi: a managed AI assistant service, sold as monthly plans with a one-time setup fee. Each client runs in their own private instance.
- Custom builds: bespoke software, quoted and agreed per project.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
3. Payment, billing and renewal (Musashi)
- Plans have a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, as listed on the pricing page.
- The setup fee is charged once, before provisioning.
- The monthly fee is billed monthly in advance (or annually, if you choose the annual option) and renews automatically until cancelled.
- Payment methods depend on your location: inside Lebanon, Whish, bank transfer (Bank Audi), Neo, or OMT; from outside Lebanon, Western Union or PayPal. Other methods may be added over time.
- Your plan includes AI model usage within fair-use limits. We provision and fund the model access for your instance. Excessive or automated usage beyond normal personal or business use may require an upgrade.
- Prices may change. We will give active clients at least 30 days' notice before a change affects them.
- Taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your monthly plan at any time; it stops at the end of the current paid period.
- The setup fee is non-refundable.
- Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- On cancellation we delete your instance and data per the Privacy Policy, after offering you an export.
5. Services (custom builds)
- Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Unless agreed otherwise, you own the delivered work once it is fully paid for. We may reuse general knowledge, techniques and non-client-specific components.
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Ongoing hosting and maintenance of delivered work, if you want it, is agreed and priced separately in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
- Overload, attack, probe, or disrupt our servers or other clients' instances.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
- Use the assistant to generate illegal content or to harm others.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these rules.
7. Your data
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of the data and content you put into Musashi. You are responsible for having the right to use any data you connect or upload.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the services running and to respond to support requests, usually within 24 hours. CMG Forge is a small, independent studio, so we do not offer a guaranteed uptime SLA on standard plans. We may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts service.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; do not rely on it as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. You are responsible for how you use the output.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMG Forge's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits.
11. Changes to the service and terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services, and we may update these terms. The current version is always posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end your access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or abuse. You may stop using the services at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Lebanon.
